Starmer says Labour will 'deliver for Scotland' as he arrives in Edinburgh to begin UK tour
Keir Starmer arrived in Edinburgh on the first leg of his two-day trip to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Labour won a majority in Scotland, as well as in both England and Wales, in a general election that propelled the party to power for the first time since 2010. Speaking alongside Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar, the UK prime minister said he and his Labour government would 'deliver for Scotland'.
